You will receive a pre-paid return label. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit.

When returning the product, please ensure you:
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.
Items valued over $35 must be returned with a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You must make your return within 30 days of receiving your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will not accept C.O.D. or third party billing for returned merchandise.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact a Customer Care Representative within 7 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply the Representative with your order number, product number and tracking number from your original confirmation email as well as any pictures of the damaged item.
